Eric Rovner is a versatile media and entertainment leader with extensive agency experience spanning content creation, talent representation, brand management, and sales. He spent 16 years as a Senior Television Agent at Endeavor / WME | IMG, playing a critical role in the Branded Lifestyle department. This hybrid division focused on tying together elements of culture to structure innovative deals for clients across publishing, sports, culinary, fashion, financial, and self-help.

Trading on his Cuban roots and unparalleled expertise in the LatinX space, he helmed the agency’s Latino Development Group, carving out new revenue streams in the Spanish-speaking world. Throughout his tenure at the agency, he nurtured and guided the careers of countless high profile content creators, broadcast network talent, athletes, and lifestyle experts.

Eric expertly leverages his vast network of industry relationships to build his clients’ businesses. He began his career in the television department at UTA and also served as SVP of MGM’s Television Division under Mark Burnett.

He is a fluent Spanish speaker, lifelong Angeleno, and graduate of the University of California, San Diego. Civic engagement is important to Eric; he mentors high risk youth in Compton and participates in beach clean-up events near his home in Marina del Rey. A sought after public speaker, he has served as a Board Member of the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.
